Associate Attorney
Viktoriya S. Kurzter obtained her Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Fullerton. During her time as an undergraduate, Mrs. Kurzter worked at the College Legal Clinic, helping those in the community obtain legal services.
Mrs. Kurzter graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of La Verne, College of Law. Some of her academic achievements include: CALI “Excellence for the Future Award(s),” in Torts, Trial Advocacy, Negotiations, Advanced Trial Techniques, and California Civil Procedure.
Mrs. Kurtzer spent two years with the College of Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), competition team, where she traveled around the country participating in various competitions. Ms. Kurtzer won third place in an international competition for her ability to advocate for her clients. During her last year on the ADR team, Mrs. Kurtzer was the team Director and sat on the Board of Advocates.
Mrs. Kurzter dedicated two years to the College of Law, Law Review. Mrs. Kurzter demonstrates excellent writing skills and has been published in the Law Verne Law Review for an article that addresses both Constitutional and Criminal Law issues.
In her free time, Mrs. Kurtzer enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs.
